Thank you for choosing Joulet Scent. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a distinguished shopping experience. In accordance with the provisions of the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, we present to you the following return and exchange policy:


First: Cases in which the consumer has the right to return or exchange

The consumer has the right to return or exchange the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  1. If the product is defective

    • Visible damage to the box or packaging upon receipt.

    • Manufacturing defects or abnormal changes in fragrance quality.

    • Incomplete product delivery or receipt of an item with a manufacturing defect.

  2. If the product does not match the order

    • Difference in model, quantity, or specifications compared to the invoice.

    • In this case, the company bears all return and shipping costs.

  3. If a replacement product is unavailable

    • The full amount will be refunded if no suitable replacement is available.


Second: Cases in which return or exchange is not possible

For safety and public health reasons, and in accordance with Kuwaiti regulations, perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • If the package has been opened, the seal removed, or the fragrance used in any way.

  • If the product has been tampered with, its scent altered, or improperly stored by the customer.

  • If more than fourteen (14) days have passed since the date of receipt.

  • Special offers and discounted items may not be eligible for return if stated as final sale.


Third: Conditions for accepting returns

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.

  • The invoice or order number must be provided.

  • The product must be returned in its complete original packaging.


Fourth: Return process

  • The customer must contact us via email: grav.q8@gmail.com

  • Product condition will be verified within one to three business days.

  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within five to ten business days to the same payment method.


Fifth: Shipping and return fees

  • If the return is due to a defect or company error, Joulet Scent will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the customer wishes to return the product for reasons unrelated to the product itself, shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Sixth: Products lost or damaged during shipping

  • If the order arrives damaged or broken, the customer must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, providing a photo or video as proof. Compensation will be issued immediately.


Seventh: Order cancellation policy

  • Orders may be canceled before shipping without any fees.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it is considered complete and cannot be canceled. It will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
